Mr. LARSON of Conneticut. Mr. Speaker, on December 17, 2012--I was not present for rollcall vote 627. I was attending a vigil in memory of the lives lost at the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown, CT. If I had been present for this vote, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote 627.
