Issue Position

Communities need to feel safe and make sure they have the access they need to evacuate should an emergency arise. One of the most basic of emergency responses is evacuation. However, with the increasing use of toll roads throughout the state, neighborhoods need the ability to have free use of toll ways when emergencies arise. My legislation will make sure our communities have free and unrestricted use of toll ways when disasters strike.
