South Carolina needs to create an environment where businesses of all sizes can thrive. We cannot afford to offer special deals to big corporations to convince them to move into our state when 97% of South Carolina employers are small businesses. Why should they have to pay more to operate? Through strategic tax reforms alone, we could leave enough money in the hands of small business owners to create 10,000 jobs.
