While we continue to seek full repeal of Obamacare, my House GOP colleagues and I have repealed several devastating elements of President Obama's health care law, including the CLASS Act, the Medicare-rationing board known as IPAB, and the medical device tax. The medical device tax threatens American jobs and hinders health care innovation, and according to a new report, increases taxes for the medical device industry by nearly 30 percent. I urge my Senate colleagues to help keep highly-skilled jobs and cutting-edge medical research here in the United States by repealing this crippling tax.
