Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member Sander Levin (D-MI) today made the following statement regarding the October jobs report:
"There's a reason American optimism about the economy has jumped to its highest level in years: more and more businesses are hiring. Our economy has experienced 32 straight months of private-sector job growth, thanks to the policies put in place by President Obama. Now is no time to turn back the clock."
