Gene Jeffress understands that we need more jobs in the Fourth Congressional District, but we must make sure that they are good paying jobs with benefits, and that our workforce is highly trained. Gene Jeffress believes that the United States must reward companies that want to open their business in our country with tax incentives, but companies that choose to outsource jobs should not be rewarded with incentives and tax breaks. Gene Jeffress truly takes pride in "Made in America," and wants to work with both sides of the aisle and businessmen and women to attract more jobs to the Fourth District.

Gene also believes that in order to increase trade and commerce, we need to maintain a strong infrastructure system, which can also create construction jobs for Arkansans. Completing interstates 69 and 49 will help with this, as will improving the roads, ports, and airports that currently serve areas throughout the Fourth District.
