As a Waterville City Councilor, Henry founded Waterville's successful Sustainability Committee, now known as Sustain Mid-Maine, a grassroots initiative created to conserve our resources, sustain a healthy environment, and promote economic prosperity for the Mid-Maine region. Henry voted for the BPA ban, to protect the Northwoods, and voted against the dangerous bill that removed pesticide notification.
