Income tax is not just "lowered' or "raised' The whole idea of taxing income is that it is a progressive tax with those who can afford more will pay more. To that end, I support a lowering of the tax rate for the poor and middle class. I support upper-income rates that are fair. There would be no "loss of revenue'
