I understand the needs of District 56 and rural Arkansas. Education and economic development are crucial in attracting jobs and industry to our District. Serving as Chairman of the Arkansas State Aeronautical Commission has given me insight into how state commissions and boards operate. As a founding member of the Corning Economic Development Corporation and member of the Corning Airport Commission I understand the challenges rural Arkansas faces. We must focus in the areas of agriculture and infrastructure.
District 56 roads are just as important as the transportation needs in Little Rock. Our next state representative must carry on the great work of Representative Mike Patterson. District 56 needs a constant voice in Little Rock, and I look forward to working with and for all my neighbors to make sure Northeast Arkansas remains a wonderful place to live and raise our families. Rural Arkansas must have a loud voice in Little Rock.
