My goal is to maintain and help revitalize current businesses within District 45 and attract new and thriving businesses to relocate to District 45. I propose to do this through tax incentives and the reduction of impact fees. Moreover, I plan to work with local, state, and federal government, as well as community and business leaders in an effort to implement a profitable revitalization process that will fit the economic needs of the district.

Presently, business investors do not get any tax incentive to start or relocate businesses in District 45. As a result, overwhelmingly they do not. This will only change if we incentivize the development and redevelopment of locally-owned business establishments. Accordingly, I will also work to incentivize businesses for willingness to hire residents within the district. I have created relationships with multimillion dollar Orlando based companies that are prepared to hire in the district.

I will also create an aggressive land development plan for the district that will maximize on the limited construction space in the district. This will be in an effort to get the most out of proposed business opportunities despite not having an abundance of in-district land on which to build a business.

As a business leader I have already established business partnerships and targeted locations in the district to implement this revitalization opportunity
I have targeted businesses that are not in direct competition with one another and companies that are already established.
