Issue Position

Karen believes that it is time for Tallahassee to put the focus back on the middle class. That means tax fairness and helping our small businesses here at home. The government must stop giving away handouts to special interests.

Karen knows that too many corporate interests avoid paying their fair share. She will work to end these corporate and special interest loopholes. That includes enforcing the internet sales tax that is due to our state.

The Florida legislature has been giving out hundreds of millions of dollars and seeing little return on their investment. Karen will be vigilant in overseeing every dollar to ensure that taxpayers are not on the hook for sweetheart deals by Florida legislators.
