Karen believes that decisions on women's health should be made between a woman, her family and her doctor -- not politicians in Tallahassee. Karen supports expanding preventative care, including lifesaving breast and cervical cancer screenings and access to contraception. She will work to protect a woman's right to choose and will oppose any bills that would penalize women who need an abortion, especially for victims of rape and incest.
