Stop the War On Coal Act

Statement

Date: Sept. 21, 2012

Earlier today, I voted for passage of H.R. 3409, the Stop the War on Coal Act. This legislation will help reign in EPA regulations that are hurting the U.S. coal industry and costing our country thousands of jobs. We need to make sure we preserve jobs and domestic energy in our country.
