The State needs to continue to improve the business climate to provide more business opportunities and job selections. Because economic development is what drives our state's funding, more economic development needs to be encouraged in order to provide more funding dollars. The State is always looking to land the big fish; however, in our small communities a lot of the economic development is driven by small businesses. We need to make sure that there are the proper incentives in place for business of all sizes.
