Education funding seems to be the hot button issue of the Legislative Session each year. Because the state's financial situation is on more solid footing today than a couple of years ago, I would like to see the per student formula funded back to the level it was before the state had to make necessary cuts to balance the budget. The students of South Dakota are the future of our state!
