I am a strong 2nd amendment advocate. As a state legislator, I have had a consistent "A" rating with the NRA for a decade. I am a competitive shooter, who spent 28 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, both on active duty and in the reserves, retiring as Colonel. In addition, I have served my community as a reserve deputy sheriff for five years.
