Sal Pace launched a new interactive feature on his web site today illustrating the negative affects the Tipton-supported Ryan Budget will have on Colorado families.

Rep. Pace (D-Pueblo) said this is a way to inform voters and show them the true contrasts between him and his opponent, Congressman Scott Tipton (R-Cortez).

"Tipton's multiple votes for the Ryan Budget show he's lost sight of Colorado priorities in Washington D.C.," Pace said. "We are launching this tool because many people don't know or realize what all is entailed in this extreme budget and what Tipton's vote in support of it means for Western and Southern Colorado. This interactive feature will show how Tipton's votes are votes against the wind industry, votes against seniors, votes against veterans and votes against infrastructure, to name a few.

"We have to address the budget. But we have to do so in a fair, deliberate and responsible way. The Tipton-Ryan Budget goes against Colorado priorities, and I intend to work, as I did in the state house, in a bipartisan fashion to really address the deficit concerns this country faces."
