Congressman Sensenbrenner received a response from the Office of National Drug Control Policy regarding his inquiry on the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).

Sensenbrenner also released this statement on the ONDCP's response:
"I appreciate that ONDCP responded to my inquiry but I was disappointed that the letter is short on details. I believe Congress has an interest in ensuring our athletes face clear rules and a fair and straightforward system of testing, and that our taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and appropriately. I will continue to follow USADA's activities with interest."
