I am fully supportive of our efforts to move to a single payer system. I have been advocating for this the whole time I served in the Statehouse. I am very pleased that we are moving in that direction, but we need to be sure that we complete the job. There are many hurdles and many individuals who want to derail our efforts. I will be an outspoken leader on this issue as we move forward.
