We need to reduce the costs of creating private enterprise in Alaska. Let's cut the red tape. I mean, having your own business should be easier than being on the dole from the government. Let's create public and private partnerships along with small business incubators in our community to spur economic growth. Let's start telling people what they can do instead of what they can't.
