Congressman Bob Brady (D., PA) released the following statement in response to the tragic shooting of moviegoers in Aurora, Colorado this morning:
"What a tragedy; innocent people shot and killed in a movie theater. I extend my condolences and prayers for the victims of another mass shooting of innocent people. But, in the midst of this tragedy, we are again reminded of the importance of our police and first responders and we are gratified by their quick action which probably saved numerous lives."
