California is in a crisis and abandoning the pillars on which this country was founded is not the way to get it back to the Golden State we know it can be.
CHRISTIAN
First and foremost, I am a Christian. This shapes and informs all of my positions on social issues.
PRO-LIFE
All life is sacred and a gift from God. It is not up to politicians to legislate and change that.
TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE
I believe that marriage is ordained by God between a man and a woman. It is a sacred covenant that cannot be changed by man. I ardently opposed SB 48, the bill that requires "gay history" to be taught in California's history classes.
Those core values are the ones I will continue to strive to bring to the legislature with every vote and every bill I introduce. Our country can't be repaired with grand visions of influence and power, but of faithful righteousness in the upholding of traditional core values.
