We need to make job skills and training more accessible and effective for everyone. Let's bring together the best of what's already being done in local churches, non-profits, businesses, and government and use it to give our people the best chance to succeed! Along side of this, we need to be aggressive about being more inviting to bring in high quality jobs where our work force can excel. Lastly, we need to create an environment where entrepreneurs can thrive and grow their business here in our community.
