Issue Position

As a family practice and emergency room doctor, David Gill has treated hundreds of veterans over the years. He believes our nation has a sacred trust to keep with these men and women who have bravely served our nation. In Congress, David Gill will oppose any efforts to cut veterans' health care or benefits. He will work for more options for care closer to home for America's rural veterans. Dr. Gill will support increased focus and funding for PTSD and mental health treatment for veterans to try to help address the growing crisis of high suicide rates among America's fighting men and women.
