Issue Position

Georgians should be subject only to the laws of the United States and the State and municipalities of Georgia.

The Tenth Amendment matters and where the Federal Government exceeds its authority, we must work together with our sister states to ensure that Georgia's sovereignty is protected.

Although my opponent believes that there are three rights in the bill of rights that outweigh all others, I believe that every single one of the rights included in the Constitution is equally critical to the assurance of liberty and a free people.
