As the federal government increases its demands and decreases the funds that it gives, we must learn to do more with less.
We must scrutinize every department and budget and eliminate duplication and waste.
I will not vote for any piece of legislation until I have carefully examined the burden that it will put on our local government and state agencies.
I will work to find and eliminate regulations that do not make sense given current technology and to assure that Georgia's government is "state of the art."
Lobbyists should not be allowed to give more than $ 100.00 to any legislator.
We must be willing to stand up to the federal government when necessary and challenge the constitutionality of laws that unduly and unreasonably burden our State.
