Senator Cameron is the co-chair in Idaho's Legislative Health Care Task Force. His record of legislative accomplishments for Idaho's citizens is second to none. No other legislator has a better record of protecting consumers, or in developing innovative solutions to our health care financing dilemma. Senator Cameron has introduced several bills aim at reducing health care cost and improving access.

Senator Cameron opposes the Federal Health Care reform because it will not reduce costs or improve access and believes it violates the US Constitution. Senator Cameron supports Idaho's Attorney General in defending our 10th amendment rights.

Senator Cameron supports additional medical educational opportunities and was instrumental in obtaining funding for CSI Nursing Facility.
