Our nation was founded upon the belief that every person has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Since the Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade in 1973, over 40 million unborn babies have been denied life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The government has a moral obligation to protect life at all stages of development; from conception to natural death.
During the 2011 Legislative Session, Representative Hildabrand voted in favor of every pro-life bill before the House, including the Fetal Pain Bill and tougher licensing and inspection requirements for abortion providers.
