Top secret intelligence costs tax-payers some 60 billion dollars annually looking for people inside the U.S. who we think are planning to do harm to our country. Yet we have open borders. We must secure our borders. Secondly, open-source intelligence has proven over and over to be a highly effective and cost efficient way to find criminals (i.e. America's Most Wanted). Many countries around the world are going to open-source intelligence and it's time our Federal government add it to their arsenal and save tax-payers billions of dollars every year.
