I will resist all attempts to infringe on our second amendment rights. The right to own a firearm is a fundamental right so important that our founding fathers wrote it into our U.S. Constitution. The writers of our Nebraska Constitution also vested us with this fundamental right.
I want to make it easier for law-abiding Nebraskans to carry a concealed weapon, expand where weapons can be carried and to pass the Castle Doctrine into law in order to protect citizens that find it necessary to use a firearm to defend themselves on their property.
