U.S. House Candidate Pam Gulleson praised signage of the bipartisan Transportation and Student Loan Bill, HR 4348. This bill includes the transportation and student loan interest rate bills.

"This legislation will provide record funding for transportation projects in North Dakota, and will ensure that rates on loans for North Dakota college students will not double. This kind of bipartisan legislation is essential to get our nation back on track," said Gulleson.
