Gardner: "Disaster Declaration is a Necessary Step"

Congressman Cory Gardner (R-CO) released the following statement on the Disaster Declaration for the state of Colorado:
"The Disaster Declaration is a necessary step in getting evacuees the resources they need to rebuild after this horrible tragedy. Tens of thousands of people have had to leave their homes and their memories behind as fires have ravaged our beautiful state. It is important that even once the fires are under control we do not forget about the people whose lives have been turned upside down."
