Congressman Steve Austria (R -- Beavercreek) today voted in favor of the House Resolution finding Attorney General Eric Holder in Civil Contempt of Congress. Congressman Austria released the following statement on Attorney General Holder's refusal to turn over subpoenaed documents related to the Fast & Furious operation:

"The American people deserve to know the truth as Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice continues to cover up its actions and refuse to cooperate with a Congressional investigation. Congress has a responsibility to the American people and the family of Brian Terry, who was killed with guns supplied by our government, to find the facts about what happened in Fast & Furious."
