I am a supporter of our 2nd Amendment rights, along with a member of the NRA and MCRGO. I was a co-sponsor of HB 5225 and supported many other pieces of legislation that support our 2nd Amendment rights. I have also supported legislation that establishes a Mentored Youth Hunting Program that eliminates the minimum hunting age and will help introduce children to Michigan's rich outdoor heritage and teach them about the importance of conserving natural resources. The legislation will ensure that Michigan's hunting tradition thrives for many years.
