An "All of the Above' Approach to Energy Independence.
I favor an "all of the above' approach to energy production as a path to true energy independence. We need to further expand our extraction and production of traditional fuels and energy sources as well as explore emerging green energy technologies.
Over the last four years, the Obama Administration has waged war against our energy sector enacting regulations and policies that have hampered domestic energy production. Vast domestic energy resources lie untapped costing us at the pump and costing us thousands of high paying jobs. The Obama Administration's incoherent energy policy that is supported by his accomplices in Congress has given us sustained high unemployment coupled with the rising cost of basic needs like food and gas for our cars to get to work. America has had enough.
To get Americans back to work and have enough inexpensive energy to power economic recovery, as Congressman I will support policies that accelerate domestic energy exploration and production, support the construction of the Keystone Pipeline and end government speculation with taxpayer money in the green energy industry.
