Issues: Senior Citizens Entitlements and the Safety Net

I will protect every penny of Social Security and Medicare. I am opposed to privatization and cutting benefits just to pay for more tax breaks for billionaires. We should not risk the well being of our seniors on stock market gambling. Our seniors earned these benefits through a lifetime of work. It is their money. Moreover, forcing seniors back into the job market right now would only increase unemployment and take badly needed jobs away from younger workers.
