Disappointed. Determined. Ready to Fight!

Statement

State Representative Randy Weber, candidate for US Congress, issued the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's ruling on Obamacare. "I'm extremely disappointed in the Supreme Court's decision today to uphold Obamacare. The mandate has clearly become Barack Obama's tax on every American, and I am now more determined than ever to go to fight to repeal Obamacare and put a stop to the onslaught of taxes and mandates that will result in higher premiums, job losses and closed businesses.

I also pledge to continue my efforts to go to Congress and work to replace Obamacare with a solution that provides affordable, quality health care. We can do this without raising taxes or expanding government by using the free market system.

I look forward to listening to the voters on the campaign trail, and with their help, we can achieve this goal and put a stop to the Obama agenda. Together we can end federal overreach, defend state's rights, and restore our Constitution."
