There are rising concerns that elections in a number of states could be rigged, that our voting system riddled with problems from state to state, vulnerable to manipulation. Following an extraordinary ethics battle on Capitol Hill, House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was admonished by the House Ethics Committee. Republicans say Congressman DeLay is the victim of a witch-hunt. Democrats say Congressman DeLay should resign as majority leader.
LOU DOBBS, CNN ANCHOR: Tonight, two more American troops have died in Iraq. Insurgents today launched a dramatic attack against the so-called green zone, the most secure area of Baghdad. American troops strike back. We'll have a report.
