There are those who say that our 16th Amendment is illegitimate because it was fraudulently ratified. Whatever. Voter's haven't done anything about this abusive thug since 1913, so it is now our common-law husband. It is constitutional law by default of sanity. That said; I would do my best to repeal it. If I can't get it repealed, I'll try to make our income tax constitutionally administered (it's not now).

In spite of what we're often told, the Income Tax pays for no more than the unconstitutional Federal Reserve system's funny money and enormous debt.

If we'd restore sound monetary and corporate policy, we could eliminate income tax and replace it with...nothing.
