War is not only bad for the economy it is bad for the reputation of America. We need to promote Peace, Diplomacy and Respect and only when the U.S. is directly in harm do we use our forces for defensive purposes only. We have entered the dangerous realm of occupier in Afghanistan and I believe Obama has no intention of pulling troops out completely in Afghanistan as he did in Iraq. I will put forth an Amendment allowing all military to refuse going overseas, illegalizing the draft, and allowing military action only with a Declaration of War. The U.S. needs to fight for Peace.
