"An overwhelming majority of thecounties across the state of Mississippi have been classified as medicallyunderserved. The Affordable Care Act provides significant help andsupport for these counties through essential investments to community healthcenters and programs like the Health Service Corps which provides student loanrepayments for health care professionals who agree to work in underservedareas."
"This ruling will expand coverageto an estimated 350,000 residents of Mississippi's Second CongressionalDistrict who currently lack adequate healthcare including seniors, students and children."
