I support legislation introduced by Rep. Roger Bruce that would create the Georgia Commission on Reducing Poverty and Increasing Economic Security in order to develop a strategic plan to substantively address issues like:

*Foreclosures and affordable housing
*Access to adequate food and nutrition
*Access to affordable and quality health care
*Access to quality education and training
*Dependable and varied transportation options
*Access to affordable child care
*Opportunities to pursue work with livable wages for sustainability of families
*Improve the overall quality of life for citizens throughout our great state.
