I am an IT guy by trade, not a career politician. I have a career already and am running out of a sense of public service. I believe all of our elected officials should have this mindset, and therefore I support term limits. In fact, even if I am unable to convince my colleagues to vote to invoke term limits, I would impose them on myself.
