"Today's order marks another important milestone on the courageous march toward equality and justice: the Ninth United States Circuit Court of Appeals has declined to rehear the California Proposition 8 case, reaffirming that the ban on same-sex marriages is unconstitutional. Next stop: the Supreme Court! Love, commitment and dedication have no boundaries and we will prove that once and for all. Until that happens, we will not have achieved liberty and justice for ALL."
