Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-Palm Harbor), a leading Greek-American in Congress and Co-Chair of the House Hellenic Caucus, issued the following statement regarding the recent elections in Greece:

"I congratulate the citizens of Greece on a successful election. This is a pivotal time for Greece and my hope and prayer is that a coalition will be formed and a new government can take shape. These decisions will ultimately lay the groundwork for Greece's future."
