As a pro-life member of our community, Rick is a committed advocate of the right to life. In line with Rick's emphasis on life issues, he supported House Bill 2081. This bill specifies that a pregnant woman may use deadly force to protect her unborn child if she reasonably believes that deadly force is necessary.
