Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded the University of Tennessee Health Science Center $367,249 for clinical research related to neurological disorders. The new federal funds will be administered by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).

"UTHSC is one of the best research centers in the country," said Congressman Cohen. "Neurological disorders are a growing concern across the country and around the world.
