JMO knows that smart growth is better for our region than urban sprawl and that renewable energy has great potential to create thousands of good paying jobs in our state.
JMO is a strong proponent of "evidence-based decision-making' and therefore an advocate for the historic preservation tax credit which has fueled many important projects in the St. Louis region. These preservation projects create jobs, generate local spending on supplies, and improve the image of our streets and neighborhoods, making St. Louis more attractive as a place to live, work, and play.
