National Right to Work Legal PAC has endorsed Congressman Gary Miller for reelection to the 31st California Congressional District. The nonprofit established in 1968, works to eliminate coercive union power and compulsory unionism abuses through strategic litigation, public information, and education programs.
"Gary Miller's steadfast opposition to big union power-grabs like the Card Check Bill has made a real difference," said National Right to Work Director of Legislation Greg Mourad. "And as a cosponsor of the National Right to Work Act, he has demonstrated his commitment to the freedom of the American worker."
The Right to Work principle affirms the right of every American to work for a living without being compelled to belong to a union against their wishes.
"I am proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with National Right to Work in protecting the rights of American workers," said Congressman Miller. "Simply stated, it is unfair and un-American that people are forced to either pay up or lose their job."
In addition to this endorsement, over the past three weeks, Congressman Miller received 100% ratings from the Christian Coalition, the Faith and Freedom Coalition, and the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
