LaMalfa Recognized As A "Defender Of Private Property Rights"

Doug LaMalfa's strong stance of protecting private property rights, and record of fighting against eminent domain abuse, has been noticed by the California Alliance to Protect Private Property Rights, naming LaMalfa a "defender of private property rights."

The California Alliance to Protect Private Property Rights is a grassroots coalition made up of everyday, hardworking, tax paying citizens from around the state that care about defending our rights against government abuse.

"I'm proud to be recognized as a defender of private property rights by the Alliance," LaMalfa stated. "Property ownership is a fundamental right of our nation and unfortunately has been under attack from a government that is too large and tries to do too much. That is why I have fought for eminent domain reform and against boondoggles like High Speed Rail."
